“Official check in time was 4pm but I really needed to check in earlier to attend a funeral. Because there are no humans at the hotel, everything has to be done either over the phone or by text. Slowed down the process. I ended up sitting in the lobby for 1.5 hours before I could get into my room. Also the hot water took more than 10 minutes to come out of the shower and sink.”

“Clean modern studio apartment in a great location in the city. I appreciated the bedroom/bathroom having its own door from the living room/kitchen. Parking was difficult until I realized the SoSuite portal has a Parking button that takes you to Spot Hero's website where you can find a spot to book close to the property, that was great. The biggest issue with the specific unit we were put in (1 bedroom apartment) is that it happened to be the only room in the entire building with its own……

“This suite was very nice and roomy, we had a top floor apt and we had an excellent view of the city, the only downside was there was no parking at the hotel but we only had to walk about 4 min from where we parked,”
