“Pros: Room is a good size and location for the rate. Plenty of food and drink options steps away from the hotel. Highly recommend both tattooed mom and momoka for lunch and dinner. Both are 1-2mins walk away. Room was clean and came with bottled water and a small snack. A little bit of street noise but they provide a white noise machine and ear plugs. Cons: Check in was complicated. You have to check in online and upload pictures of your id ahead of time. There is no front desk to talk to.……

“The only thing nice about the stay was the room was room was nice there was no one to greet you, there's no service desk, you have to pay $60 for parking and it's only four slots outside. Not a parking deck the second night we got ready to come back to park all four of the parking spaces with filled we call the number they told us they would take care of it. We found our own parking and we requested a refund for the nights parking that we were unable to use the parking space. You have to pay for……

“The unit was clean, but could use a few more towels and toilet paper. The location is excellent with the exception of parking. There is no on-street parking at all and the nearest reasonably priced surface lot is a 15 minute walk away. However we expected that from previous reviews and luckily secured a spot in advance of arrival. The "damage deposit" was not revealed when I selected this property, and I probably would not have booked had I known about it. ”

“First time booking here sosuite at the onyx the apartment was nice and clean when I got there checking was a breeze walkable to places good amenities like washing machine combo in the bathroom and there was a kitchen and a full size fridge tv too they had rooftop forget to check the rooftop. all in all my stay was great I couldn't pick a better place to stay in would definitely go back here on my next stay in Philly.”
