No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated. “This little space is what we needed for our quick stay in Philly. If you don't like skinny stairways, this isn't for you. Alberto is a great host with excellent communication.”

“A few things were lacking such as closet rods, hand soap and wash clothes. No paper towels no glasses just mugs. Note this unit has a steep set of stairs that can be slippery there is nothing on the wood and they are narrow. Not recommended for Seniors, small kids or the mobile challenged.”

“When we been there, the floor very dirty, cause my kids removed the shoes, the socks quickly dirty, I called the property, they’re gentle, called name is Maria nice lady was polite came to clean, actually the place is nice and quiet, hopefully better and better.”
