“Everything was dirty the shower had hair all over it and it’s Keys to get in the rooms THEY HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF MY ROOM I BOOKED MULTIPLE TIMES and after I text and call there is no response it smell in the basement and you have to pay 200 before you can get the code sent you NO they will not give it back they tell you they will but I have yet to get anything and no air pushes out of those air conditioners it be hot asl”

“It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but……

“I really wanted to take in Philadelphia this year in the 250th celebration and there are many others that do also! This was the perfect place for me. A short walk past cute little houses to the Museum of Art with the Rocky steps! If you were planning on doing the Rocky Run in November this would be the perfect distance for a warm-up walk/run pre-race. A very secure building with electric locks (no worries about carrying keys). Quiet hours. Super clean. Kitchen with full size appliances including……

“The rooms are good but area around is not good. No restaurants near by. Also door code did not work after 1 day and host only texts... No audio call. I waited 30 minutes. Pl improve on prompt audio calls”

“We absolutely loved this truly wonderful place and look forward to coming back. The unit was bright and beautiful, amazingly spacious, and just as pictured. It was a complete home away from home, two-bed two-bath, full kitchen, even a washer-dryer. The beds were very comfy and bathrooms clean and well-supplied. It was very conveniently located in a vibrant, clean area with eateries and shops all around, and a brief walk to a quick train for downtown Philly, Center City. Our host reached out……
