“A lovely little B&B. Perry was wonderful. Very friendly and cooked us a gorgeous breakfast before we left. Clean and tidy and not far from Southwell racecourse (about 7 miles). Would recommend.”

Room and en suite was ok but a bit unloved. I had to go out to eat which was a pain as I really didn’t know the area and I definitely wouldn’t go back. ”

Walls were full of holes and wall plugs, bathroom accessories were broken and to top it off no hot water in the morning. Personally I will not be staying here again.”

“We were very well looked after by Shaan & Sef who must be the one prepared our breakfast which was freshly made and ample every morning . The room was clean and spacious enough for us & our dog Rocky. Tumbleweed is a good place to stay for a few days to visit the local attractions, such as Sherwood Forest, nearby. It is a heaven for dog owners and joggers. I jogged with my dog along the Well Lane & The Avenue every morning and walked my dog on the couple of bridal ways nearby in the evening.……
