“Reception notified me that the earlier payment through Expedia did not process correctly and they required payment at check in. After I reviewed the processed payment and showed it to the receptionist, they were unable to reverse their charges and notified me that the manager would contact me the following week. That did not happen. I am now trying to work with the credit card company to resolve this. In addition, the pool was not available and is still under repair from previous damage.”

“Staff was excellent and helpful. Room and dining areas were both very clean. Great TV with smart features (though I would have loved to have been able to cast my phone to it). Breakfast was nice, slightly above average for a hotel buffet. Parking was easy. The free internet was a bit slow so our streaming wasn't always the highest quality (you have to pay for fast internet). But it was fine. Overall nice stay, would stay again.”
