“Amazing view, the room had direct access to the private beach. Breakfast was provided and brought to the room which was very convenient. But it was cold and the coffee maker was missing a part so we could not make coffee”

“The room was so so - unfortunately, if you're on the lower floor you will hear noise from the upper floors. Of course this is not the cabins but the rooms which seems like hotels - they're only two floors and no elevator, only stairs. I was hoping for a little bit bettering because I had to call twice regarding noise complaining on the upper floor which did not get any better. When I come back here probably not especially if I can find a better price but all in all it was just meh.”

“To start only reason the hotel was booked was for the "Waterpark" made sure the park was included with my stay well we arrive and the front desk said the water park was not included i showed her my receipt and what was included and she said "oh thats the problem with 3rd party they just lie sometimes" ... then she goes on to say that only one slide was working the lazy river, hot tub, and the other slide was all out of order she also said to buy tickets for the waterpark it was a whooping $60……
