“Everything was fine with staff. The property was well maintained but the rooms were not that clean. It could be updated and newer carpeting. Overall, i would recommend it.”

“didn't actually get to stay in cabins it was more hotel with the same wood, very damp and smelly. hot tub fine for feet but would not put my body in, water park was cute, i wasn't traveling with children so didn't use.”

“There was gum stuck on the chairs in our room. My kids got into the chairs to eat there dinner the night we stayed there and there were gum all over the chairs, my kids were grossed out it was disgusting. When we got to our room as entering there was garbage all over the floor. Inside the water park we did enjoy that but it’s definitely for more younger kids then older kids, only on of the bigger water slides were on also and there was no lifeguard at all. Any child or toddler could’ve gotten……

“The environment is very good, the transportation and parking are convenient, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service is good.”

“The rooms were updated, clean, comfortable beds. The exterior needs major work, no chairs to sit on, no flowers, no nothing. Not appealing from the outside. I would not stay there again.”

“The property is spread wide. Pending where you’ll be located, you might be isolated. They do have a shuttle that runs between the different properties but it wasn’t too clear how it ran. The only restaurant on our side of the proposals close during the entire stay. Housekeeping must be contacted to get your room cleaned but even when called coffee or soaps don’t get replaced. Registration desk doesn’t have enough attention and the wait was very long before we could get checked in.”

“My room was spacious (presidential suite) and clean. The location is perfect. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and it was quiet, with a very comfortable bed. I do wish for better TV service--it was low resolution and very limited. The carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced (ugly!) Overall, it was a good stay, and I appreciate the folks who brought it back/renovated it from going away a few years ago!”
