“The environment is very good, the transportation and parking are convenient, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service is good.”

“This place seems nice and had the weather been warmer, I'm sure we would have enjoyed the beach. The room was comfortable and so were the beds and pillows. The breakfast is a joke. The sandwich is a Jimmy Dean on an English muffin, which I prefer their croissant if it has to be Jimmy Dean. The muffin option is a Ottis Spunkinmeyer, which was the strudel, and we left that behind. Just avoid the breakfast is my advice and go elsewhere. “The pool was closed and the pool we were given access to was nasty. The hallways and lobby smelled like chemicals our whole stay. And the TV and wifi didn’t work most of our stay. Bed was super uncomfortable and very loud.”

“The Island House Hotel was very nice, our room had a good view of the marina and lake. The room was cozy and the atmosphere charming. The staff was friendly and location just far enough away from the main town to avoid much of the noise but close enough to get to anything relatively quickly.”
