“Room was okay probably needs some updates. But was near the entrance to the beach which was nice.”

“Everything about the stay was ok - but after we checked in we noticed there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. When I called the desk, they wanted us to go and pick them up - they didn’t even offer to bring us some. I asked for them to be delivered and they man said fine and hung up. The next day we stopped in to get ferry tickets. We had asked for dirty towels to be removed and fresh towels replaced. The man at the desk was very rude telling us that requests should be made by……

“I have family who lives in the area. Whenever I stay in Saint Joe's I always stay at Silver Beach Hotel. The staff is friendly and the location is outstanding! The pool is now open after renovations. The new owners are working to get the hot tub, sauna, and treadmill in working order. The room could have been a bit cleaner, but overall, I was pleased with my stay and will return in the future.”
