"Good experience. Would stay again. But the hot chocolate and breakfast ran out and for a short time we ran out of hot water. Otherwise a very pleasant and safe stay."

"Breakfast was good beds super uncomfortable Stayed here for the pool bc i have a son with autism who really wanted to swim with the waterfall and the pool was shut down bc of a fight then the pool was shut down yet again bc maintenance added to many chemicals very disappointed amd more then likely wont visit this hotel again"

"When we arrived at the hotel Friday evening, it smelled like smoke both inside and outside of our room. It was loud and people (other guests I and assuming) were shouting on premises. My family and I did not feel safe staying there. The gentleman at the front desk was very understanding and told us we could cancel our reservation. I called the hotel today and was told that they indeed did cancel our reservation and have not collected any money for our stay/reservation. I would like to request a full refund from Expedia since no money was collected from the hotel for our stay. "

"Swimming pool and hot tub are very small. Love the game room they have. Would like their breakfast to start at 6 and run until 11."

"Someone came to our room later at night not in uniform and only said “front desk” as I looked through the peephole… I tried calling the front desk on our room phone, got put on hold. I tried to call from 2 other outside lines one was on hold for 20 minutes the other was never answered… when they finally answered the front desk said there was no one that would have come to our room but then after I described who I saw through the peep hole the story changed to it being her houseman and he was looking for a leak… it was really strange and freaked out my girlfriend. The Wyndham was nice but that was super strange."
