“The host was very welcoming during our couple of conversations with him. The unit was very clean and well stocked with cooking and kitchen utensils. The neighborhood and the unit itself were very quiet the entire days of our visit, even though it was a holiday week. The outdoor patio space was a nice feature. ”

“The property from the outside is deceptive. Outside looks plain, but the room was very nice. It's modern and clean. The host is easy to reach. The only negative is that the walls are thin and you'll hear your neighbors. ”

“William was friendly, prompt and courteous in accommodating us, and the lodging was private, quiet/peaceful and provided everything we needed to be comfortable. Convenient yet tucked away in a pleasantly upscale, quaint neighborhood, much prefer this experience over a hotel! We arrived late at night but it was easy to find, we had a large parking spot just steps from the well lit path/door. Accommodations were just as described and felt clean and safe. Thank you for hosting us, William! ”
