I did not like the breakfast selection since it was junk food. Try having cereal, yogurt for better nutritional value

The staff were all amazing- every individual, I encountered was courteous and helpful and showed great pride in their work. David, you rock! The hot savory breakfast choices could be more healthier. The room carpeting can use a cleaning (shampooing, not just vacuuming, to wash away some of the embedded foot/body odor that lingers in the room). Bedding and towels all perfect.

Average!… perfect for a National Park trip, great bang for your buck. Negatives: kind of a grungy room that needed a deep clean, and it reeked of old socks… but it beats camping in a tent!! There was no microwave in the room, unfortunately we were counting on it being there when we bought food stuff for the trip. Our friends who booked the exact same room next door, did have a microwave so we were able to use theirs. Positives: staff were friendly and the housekeepers did a great job cleaning and restocking each day! Conveniently located minutes away from some of the best parts of Cuyahoga National Park.
