“There is nothing negative to say. The check in process is amazing and so appreciated after a long drive. The room was clean, close to a market and restaurants, easy access to get back on the 5. And it’s in a beautiful spot tucked up away from the highway,

“The lady at the front desk was one of these “fake ” nice people. Smile at you and then come outside to tell you “you know you can’t park there” to an empty parking lot. And the other hotel just like this gave us a bag of snacks and two waters - nothing but “that will be $5 if you want a water” from this lady.
The hotel is great. But that woman made it a really negative experience.”
