“Everything was a mess. House keeping now came we were there for three weeks. The first week no bathroom lights toilet and tub didn't drain. Tv and wifi kept going out. By week three no hot water. They kept hounding about a pet fee. Expedia said we didn't owe fees. No one on the staff spoke English. The room had no microwave fridge or coffee pot . “It's unfortunate, because this location has the potential to be much better than it is. Honestly, my biggest complaint was just the cleanliness. The sheets on my bed head shoe prints on them. I told the person at the front desk and the manager personally came in and changed them for me.
