“Clean room. Easy check in. The breakfast was pretty nice for a US hotel. It had a waffle maker, instant oatmeal, cereal options, apples and bananas, yogurt, eggs (meh), bacon, potatoes, plus the usual coffee and juice options. The room was comfortable and appropriately sized and the shower was pleasant. Only a few miles from Charleston. Parking was easy and abundant.”

“I was given a room with doors for an adjoining room and it was too noisy. The doors between the rooms had no threshold or weather stripping reduce sound from the room next door. Conversations were only a little muffled.”

“Nothing wrong with an old building, but some maintenance is necessary.”

“Rooms were clean. Staff was great! Breakfast was good and the parking was very easy! Will stay again”

“It’s clean and comfortable, and the staff is nice. Also close to interstate. All rooms are first floor, and you can park right outside your door. Don’t expect anything more than a bed: ice machine did not work while I was there (Sept 24), grass not mowed (doesn’t affect room comfort), but bed and linens were clean, a/c worked, shower had good pressure and temperature, and tv worked, so I got what I needed (a bed for 8 hours).”

“Not bad for an older property, but there is no elevator.”

“Hotel is older. Parking lot under repair, countertop in bathroom had cigarette burn marks on it, room had musty smell and mattress was hard. Everything else in area was booked so we paid to much for to little.”

“The motel called when I was 1/2 way there to let me know they had to cancel my reservation as they didn't have water.”
