"So let’s start off off with this was my husband and I anniversary and he paid a pretty penny for this night he even went above to pay extra for little romantic things done to the room that was 200 dollars plus tax. they gave us 6 chocolates a bottle of champagne and plastic rose petals and swan towels. we had saw advertised that There was a hot tub, but in fact was no hot tub the concierge lady called it a soaking tub and told me they did not advertise the hot tub when I showed her the picture she said it was not our specific room that offered it! Idk how that possible if we had the premium cabin! When we got in the so called soaking tub it there was this gummy white substance that was around the tub and it took hours to get it out of my hair we later saw it was biofilm that the tub hadn’t been cleaned the tub floor was super slippery due to the film. The concierge lady told us there was a hot plunge in the communal area but they were all freezing and called her again and she said she will get someone to go but no one in fact went. Then she told us to put the hose in it to make it warmer! I was like what the heck! The treat shop didn’t scan any of our items cause they were not found when we scanned them! My husband paid 500+ for this anniversary and I feel like ONERA NEEDS TO DO BETTER! 3 STARS!"

"We stayed here Couple of nights while we toured Fredrericksburg Texas. Nice place to stay. Room was nice and clean staff helpful and friendly. Easy access to main Street where the Nimitz Museum and most of the restaurants and other attractions. We'll stay here again."

"Property is good, dated in some parts of room. Also had a view of a dumpster from our room filled with mattresses. Not a good memory! "

"The hotel is lovely and centrally located to everything. The front desk staff and doormen were super personable and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, very clean, large with a minimalistic design but, there are no desks and the rooms are very dark with insufficient lighting— especially the bathrooms. The restaurant has a very nice menu and the food was flavorful. With that being said, a hotel restaurant of this caliber calls for a more experienced/“polished” waitstaff—ordered side dishes forgotten, food brought out late. It is to be noted that (this time) we were not charged for the food item that was forgotten. The bartenders were very prompt, knowledgeable and friendly, however, one bartender had a very visible tattoo that said “F*ck …”. I don’t mind tattoos, however, this one in particular should have been covered up as it was offensive. This was our third stay at the hotel— I hope some of the above issues will be addressed and resolved. Overall, we had a good experience and will consider staying again next time we visit Fredricksburg."

"Even the desk guy was German! Very nice place to stay. Super close to the action. We will definitely be back. Love the heated pool, the fire pits, breakfast, room was very nice. Place was tidy and well maintained "
