"Our host Elke was warm, welcoming, and very helpful, even when we arrived in the dark around 9:45 in the evening. We had everything we needed in our little house, even an espresso maker! We enjoyed the pool, and we ate dinner outside on the patio nearly every night. It was a peaceful, quiet neighborhood but so close to the beach and the local grocer. I would highly recommend this house and Elke as a host!"

Das Haus selbst befindet sich nicht dort, wo es laut Anzeige und auch der übermittelten GPS Positionen sein soll, sondern in der Siedlung Casablanca ca. 1 km vom Ortskern entfernt. Die Anzeige selbst ist auch missverständlich, wenn von Gemeinschaftsbereichen und privaten Terrassen die Rede ist. "Das gemietete Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit Blick aufs Meer und den Teide. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die sehr freundlichen Eltern des Vermieters wohnen auf dem Anwesen und kochten uns zum Abschied eine traumhafte Paella. Der Vermieter stand die ganze Zeit mit Rat und Tat und Tipps zur Verfügung."

"Das Haus in Santa Ursula war insgesamt ein schönes Haus. Leider waren wir von der Umgebung sehr enttäuscht, das Haus ist sehr abgelegen und drum herum sind halbfertige Häuser und ein großer Schlammiger Platz gewesen. Es war leider sehr kalt als wir dort waren und außer zwei Heizlüftern hatten wir nicht viel Möglichkeiten um uns Warm zu halten. Eine Klimaanlage oder Heizung gibt es nicht. Zudem konnte man wenn man die Heizlüfter benutzen wollte, nicht mehr Kochen oder Wäsche waschen, da ständig...

"Firstly it’s a long way from anywhere. Secondly you need to be pretty fit to access the property. Thirdly there are no shops or restaurants in Carrizales and it’s a drive on very winding to get anywhere. That said the property itself is excellent as is the property manager"

Antonio, the property manager is very warm and friendly, he took care about us almost as for family, provided many quite usefull information about trips, restaurants and so on. "Ich gehe zu erst auf die negativen Punkte ein, da diese hier leider überwiegen. - Das Objekt ist nicht modernisiert und es fehlten sehr viele Sachen wie z. B. Gläser, Bretter und generelle Dinge zum Kochen. Die Pfannen waren schon alle sehr abgenutzt. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass dort lediglich alte Sachen verstaut worden sind. Wir mussten Sachen wie Bretter oder Pfannen anfordern. Außerdem fehlten Steckdosen am Bett. Jeder Mensch hat heut zu Tage ein Handy! - Der Kühlschrank ist kaputt...
