“There is no central heating in this place; A gas heater and a fireplace are available. The staff offered to start the heater, which we accepted, and a box of wood was provided for self-servicing the fireplace. The gas heater turned off after 10 minutes cause the gas tank was almost empty. On the other hand, I gave up on the fireplace after 90 minutes of successive failing attempts because the wood was extremely wet. The manager was absent and so was the owner.
