“Overall a good 6-night stay as a family of three with our 11-year-old. Lovely spacious, quiet room, good bathroom with walk-in shower (no bath), excellent cleanliness and prompt housekeeping. The hotel never felt overly crowded, pools were great and the slides were particularly good with minimal queues. All-inclusive food was good overall, with decent variety, regularly replenished buffets and excellent freshly made omelettes. Pool bar service was generally quick, although the included drinks……

“Zeer goed hotel dat eigenlijk toch bijna 5 sterren benaderd zeker qua personeel en vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid. Eten was bijzonder uitgebreid en goed. Enig minpuntje misschien is de bediening aan de bar, dat zou iets sneller kunnen bij dorstig weer ;)”

“Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that”

“The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was basic and the views depending on the location can be nice. The food was also very basic, but had some highlights on theme nights. Overall the place is really meant for families with small children. The all-inclusive part was not worth it in my opinion, the wine was terrible, the sodas were mostly flat, and the liquor selection was not great.”

“Pleasantly surprised - we booked this as a last minute deal - we got a good deal - didn’t expect much with looking at the reviews. The property was clean, could be better maintained. You can only use the Al fresco bar for all inclusive food and drink which is annoying. However, The food was great - no complaints. Drinks were local brands but again no complaints. The skybar was stunning and cocktails were ok. The resort is in a fantastic location. Within the resort around the pools were……

“This hotel is amazing. We stayed in a villa with private pool and loved it. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. The spa services are good. I had my nails done and had a massage both were worth it. The only down side is all beaches are a drive away. So if you don’t mind not being in the action stay here.”
