"This hotel fits our need for a clean, comfortable and convenient stop when we are in San Diego. The staff is accommodating and our room was pleasant and roomy. We have stayed here previously and this was by far our best experience with a large accessible room. We unloaded the car directly into our room. Most hotels in this part of Mission Valley charge daily for parking as does this one. The rate here was a little less than others. Only disappointment was that the restaurant was gone. It was a convenient amenity."

"They charged $100 more than it was showing on hotels.com. Said it is mandatory resort fees. We were given a handicap room which was fine until showering. The floor design completely floods the entire bathroom floor. Front desk staff were rude when we asked about the extra charges. We will not stay here again. I was excited to stay here being a huge rock n roll fan. Very disappointing! "
