Great area to walk in , close proximity to several breweries, casino, restaurants etc. even got to see the fireworks following the Indians game from hotel. Valet parking was a different story. Paid $50 per night and 2 of the 5 valet uses were not very timely. Upon checkout I called at 10:50 am and at 11:45 our vehicle was not there yet. I questioned the front desk and they said it was a new system with valets and to speak with them. I spoke with them and they acted confused so I showed them my time mark for my text and my follow up text at 11:25. They apologized a quickly got our vehicle. Unfortunately we missed a dinner reservation the first mishap and left over an hour late with the second one.

Close to everything. We parked valet and walked the city . Our hotel room had issues with air conditioning in the middle of the nihht and they gave us a new room . Facility is clean , needs a little updating in the rooms .. but overall would stay here anytime I am visiting Cleveland.

Parking for the hotel was limited, hard to find. Parked across the street then had to leave the parking deck and returned to it being locked. The security guard said the garage door was broken then let another person in after. Had to drive a mile away to find other parking. Neighborhood is sketchy.

The hotel was located centrally and all the attractions were in easy walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was immaculate. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Rock and Roll hall of fame, browns, guardians, cavaliers or local theater
