"Very clean and cozy room. I stayed in the room with the private bath and big tub. I think I was in room 5 and I could hear the person next to me coughing throughout the night. It was an adjoining room and the sound just pours right in. It was pretty frustrating. Just a warning to my fellow lite sleepers! The staff was great, the food was average. Overall a pretty great stay besides the noise from next door. "

"We had the most amazing time! What a beautiful location! The pictures do not do justice. A perfect serene environment. There is great food in Gold's bar, only about 15 minutes away. We grabbed some Thai food. Their living room looks out to a beautiful river, with a mountain view to your right. Just overall amazing and everything I had hoped it would be. Missing it already! "

"Clean and convenient room, good microwave, refrigerator, and TV which was easy to use and had great channel selection. The towels were super and the staff nice. The picture window has a beautiful view. This motel is very convenient and comfortable. Thanks for the nice stay. "

"Overall excellent stay! I just caution others to be prepared for winter weather if booking between January-February. I was originally frustrated with the water pressure in the shower (very weak flow) but by Sunday the water pressure was affected in all of the faucets too. Turns out the pipes had frozen for several properties in the area! We managed to get our dishes clean with our remaining bottled water so that we could do our part of cleaning.But the kitchen is well stocked with dishes/pots/pans. Not much to do in the area if you're looking to dine out so would recommend bringing your own food. The cabin was super cozy and just the setting my partner and I needed for a recharge after a super stressful couple months. All bedrooms are basement level so if you can't manage stairs very well, keep that in mind. Gorgeous view and a nice private beach. Didn't use the hot tub because of the cold air combined with with low water pressure in the shower, I didn't want to be freezing after using the tub without a nice shower to hop into.We plan on returning in the spring or summer to enjoy more of what this cabin offers. It’s incredibly calming and therapeutic.The hot tub was perfect, with the temperature just right, so we could jump in and enjoy without any hassle. Kate also provided face masks, essential oils, and plenty of snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch.Overall, the stay was relaxing, fun, and perfectly curated. Kate is a wonderful host, and I can’t recommend her place enough for anyone looking for a getaway."
