"This home was exactly as advertised, which is not always the case, but certainly was here. Very quiet, friendly neighborhood as well. Many rentals up here do not have A/C, but due to the unusually high humidity this weekend, we were definitely glad this one did. Simply loved everything about this rental. "Stains on carpet, toilet not bolted to floor, blinds missing pillows non usable, beds hard as concrete, couch broken, tvs dont work, dirt everywhere, ceiling tiles hanging, tun wouldnt drain, dirt and hair in freezer, terrible place to stay"
