“This condo was very nice and comfortable. It's located very close to Sugar Mountain and was not difficult to find. If there is ice/snow, you will need an AWD or snow chains on your tires to access the property. The living room furniture might be the most comfortable I've experienced in a rental property, which was very welcoming after an active day outdoors. The kitchen did not have a coffee maker, which was probably our only inconvenience. It was well-stocked with everything else we could need.……

“Th location was awesome! Kids could just walk right to the ski lift, come back to the condo easily for lunch and breaks. Condo set up was great and nice inside. Only downside was that there was no soap (hand soap) and the shower body wash in both showers was empty so really no soap at all. Not a big deal, just what happens I guess when the property is managed by a big company rather than the owner. Overall an awesome place and we would definitely go back!”

“There wasn’t much that we enjoyed about this unit. The overwhelming mildew smell set all of our allergies into a spiral. There was layers of dust everywhere, broken blinds, out of date furniture and uncomfortable beds. We literally spent every day away so we didn’t have to spend extra time there. Please give this unit attention, update it and check for black mold.”
