Building and grounds were so clean and quaint! Rooms were spacious and comfortable… Felt like stepping back into a different time & place; so many great little corners to relax, read, enjoy coffee and/or a drink. So close to great trail heads and fun towns, but……

“CALl IT WHAT IT IS If you are an AT hiker looking for a place to sleep close to the trail, in the dry, this is a good option. The bed was clean, had a refrigerator and ceiling fan, but no coffee pot. The bathroom and shower are communal so be aware there is not a bathroom in each “cabin,” nor can you lock your door from the inside. Thus “resort” is misleading. I am not sure why they chose to include “resort” in naming this place. It is very clearly a nice rustic campground with four hostel……
