Check-in was just okay: no one at the desk for several minutes, and the woman who checked us in was very slow and less-than knowledgeable. Parking: $45 for the night and quite a long walk from the hotel. Only one working, VERY small elevator, with no AC. The room was large and aesthetically-pleasing, but there was an over-abundance of cabinets in the semi-kitchen but no dishes available (other than two glasses), so what was the point?? Lots of hot water, but no water pressure. And the pillows were either completely flat or too full.
We only booked it because it was the venue for the show we were in town to see, with a 4pm check-in, an 11am check-out time should have been noon.
Also, the only property entrance was on the opposite side of the campus from the parking garage, making the garage location even more inconvenient if one wanted to leave the premises.
