The bedroom is large with very comfortable bed and everything needed. The bathroom is beautifully done with large walk in shower. The only observation I would make for the benefit of others is that the two sets of stairs might be tricky for some. Booking was easy and customer service excellent with friendly and helpful staff.”

A few minor issues that were quickly resolved. Access road to the cottage is too narrow for our SUV so parked in Otley Road car park. Another great holiday and we will certainly be back next year.”

The property had everything required, with attention to detail for even the small things like tin opener, grater etc! Everything was immaculate and very cosy! Did report that bins were overflowing outside with black bags piled high both on the floor and on top of the bins on two occasions (appeared bins had not been cleared for weeks). Some areas of 5he property were a little dusty otherwise clean. The kitchen is rather small for a property of its size making it a bit difficult to have more than one person using it at a time, and bath a bit tight to get in/out of. Beds comfy.”
