“The house was in a great location, but it is need of some TLC. It needs to be deep cleaned and maintained better. The best features of the home were unusable. The jacuzzi was broken and dirty and pool was not cleaned at all. There were 4 barking pitbull dogs that the tenant living in the apartment on the property could not keep quiet at night. The real turn off though, was the warm friendly email I received prior to checking in about the noise ordinance and the threat of eviction if violated.……

“We only stayed one night, but that was enough to be bitten by BED BUGS!! I called to let the staff know the next day, but the answer they gave was that they looked and didn't see them. I sent pictures of my hand and leg, and it is unquestionably bed bugs. Hopefully they took care of it, but I didn't get the impression they were overly concerned about the issue.”
