“The house was in a great location, but it is need of some TLC. It needs to be deep cleaned and maintained better. The best features of the home were unusable. The jacuzzi was broken and dirty and pool was not cleaned at all. There were 4 barking pitbull dogs that the tenant living in the apartment on the property could not keep quiet at night. The real turn off though, was the warm friendly email I received prior to checking in about the noise ordinance and the threat of eviction if violated.……

“Upon checking in, the young lady at the desk had some uniform challenges. Her stomach was hanging out and not well groomed to be part of the staff.
