“The lady at the check in desk was rude. The room smelled like cigarettes. I left my work phone in the room and called the customer service number. I was told I would have to work directly with the property to get it back. I explained I called the property and they wouldn’t even answer so I could retrieve the item. He told me “then the item is just gone.”
