"The front desk staff were very helpful, polite and accommodating. I am appreciated them listening to my concerns and always seemed willing to give more than I ask for especially the tall quiet guy that works the night shifts.
The custodial staff were not as polite.
The area is full of food options, trampoline spot for children, shopping for adults, movies and mall next door. It was minutes from historical sights and a good selection of churches. "
"Check in and check out was super easy, and the location was great; nice neighborhood and it wasn’t too far to drive to any attractions we wanted to see. The kids loved the pool too!"
"We were greeted and placed in rooms immediately. We noticed the ac wasn’t working right so we were placed in a diff room quickly. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve had at any other hotel that was complimentary. Beds were comfy. Pool was easily accessible compared to other hotels we have been to as well. "

"Everyone employee was extremely helpful and easy to work with other than Sashsa. I’m sure I am misspelling His name, and he was there only 2 days out of my entire week. I stopped at the front desk to discuss possibly honoring the rate that I currently had, as I was a travel nurse and looking to partner with a hotel for the next several weeks while here working. Sasha stated I was getting a reduced internet price as is, and that he could not honor this price nor offer me a healthcare travel rate, the best he could offer me was 74 a night! The internet offers better deals than this! I basically got the room for a week for 350 for the week. Funny thing is… I just looked and can get the room for 325 a week now. So NO Sasha I will not deal with you directly, but will continue to utilize your hotel at a discounted rate of n spite of you and your rudeness! I give him - stars "

"Staff were very professional, accommodating. and knowledgeable. Breakfast was very good and staff were again great. Rooms were good sized, clean, and quiet. Bed was a little firm but we slept well. Access to property was easy and parking has lots big enough for full sized cars or pickups, nice touch. Quick access to restaurants and pretty much any services. "
"The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for the kids who really enjoyed the game room. The rooms are larger than the pictures depicted. Terrell gave the OK to set up a small pool in the back yard for the kids!!! Definitely will stay here again as our family travels to OKC often. "

"Fantastic Stay for a Large Group – House Has It AllThis house was fantastic and absolutely perfect for our group of 14 (7 adults and 7 kids, ranging in age from 10 down to under 1). It’s spacious, well-equipped, and loaded with features that made our stay relaxing and fun.Layout Overview1 Bedroom downstairs. King bed, cot and access to the downstairs bathroom (toilet and sink). Upstairs, there’s one main bathroom with a tub and shower that is shared among 3 of the bedrooms:At the top of the stairs, turning right leads to a bedroom with a bunk bed (two beds total).Turning left and then quickly left again leads to a room with two sets of twin bunks (four beds total).Turning left then right leads to another bedroom with a king bed.At the end of this hallway is the master suite, which is huge and includes a king bed, private bathroom with tub and shower, walk-in closet, and separate toilet area.The house stayed very comfortable for the most part. The air conditioning worked great and kept most rooms very cool. A couple of bedrooms, the main-level bedroom and the upstairs bunk room (two beds) were a bit warmer during the afternoons, 74–76F. These rooms did cool down overnight to around 70F. It was quite hot outside during our stay (95–99F). We had such a great time that none of us wanted to leave. It had everything we needed for a fun, stress-free getaway. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Highly recommend this home. "
"We were in town for a baseball game and had some local family come to stay with us as well. The house sleeps a lot of people and the bathrooms have all been updated and are very nice. The kitchen has pretty much everything you would need and there is even an industrial size refrigerator in the garage. Area was convenient and close to the highway for easy access pretty much anywhere in Oklahoma City and the neighborhood was nice and seemed safe. The only downside that I can share is that the couch seems like it is on its last leg and was difficult for adults to sit on. There was a board underneath the cushions for support which made it not the most comfortable, but overall this is a great experience. "

"Stay here for our annual nephew vacation.In their words...A.-10 said perfect, N-11 said Fun, L-12 said Luxurious, L-14 said Pool. We had an amazing stay. All the home essentials we needed were there for us to use. All the things we did were roughly 20-25 minutes away. You can't go wrong staying here."
