Beautiful room, beautiful property. The scenery was out of this world very friendly people very accommodating.

Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Gorgeous grounds, beautiful rooms, great breakfast and fantastic people. What more can you ask for? Enjoyable, relaxing music playing in the main houses three common rooms including the breakfast room. Chilled bottles of water in the fridge and small bags of ice in the freezer for guests use. There is ample parking and you can’t ask for a better location. A truly great getaway.

We stayed here for 3 days & were very happy with the lovely accommodations. The room was charming & spotless & the breakfast buffet with homemade goodies was very nice. The property was beautiful with flowers everywhere & even the animals were sweet! It was a pleasure talking with the proprietors & we learned a lot about the area.

The hotel is a great value, very clean and the staff is so warm and welcoming. The complimentary continental breakfast is great, the room is comfortable and spacious, and it is so convenient to area attractions. The only reason for the 4 on comfort was the lack of firmness of the bed and lumpy pillows. We can’t say enough! The location was perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants! The Warwick Ephrata Rail trail is so easy to find in Lititz! 8.5 miles of gorgeous shaded & sunny paved trail! Have a cold drink Griddle & Grind and ride on back! Lots of benches and bathrooms along the way. Restaurant in hotel was fantastic and Mexican across street great!!! Go to the Tomato Pie for breakfast, so good. And there’s a great Cafe New Holland also is great! Don’t miss the Sight & Sound Theater...

The owners,Tom and Amanda, are warm and friendly. The breakfast provided was delicious. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. It’s in a quaint little town that is close to many attractions. The house is a beautiful old Victorian with amazing woodwork. You can’t go wrong choosing this B&B. David and Cindy

If you book anywhere else you have passed up this Classy motel! Modern, tastefully decorated and super cleaned. We LOVED everything about this motel and it was a bargain! Your crazy if you book elsewhere!

Very nice comfortable room. Very clean and nestled in a beautiful area. There's a corn field behind the hotel and a beautiful farm across the street. There are lounge chairs in a grassy area in front of the hotel and we watched the Amish buggy's pass by all morning. This is the best area to stay in!

We stayed here for our daughter's field hockey tournament at Spooky Nook, 24 minutes away. Beautiful farm country and the cabooses converted to motel rooms were so cool! I noticed they were in the process of updating the interiors of some of the cabooses, ours was a little bit in need of attention but it was minor cosmetic. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Even called our room after checking in to see if everything was to our liking. The entire hotel was spotless. People were constantly cleaning, even washing the windows. Breakfast had many choices! Right next-door to the outlets!

Probably the cleanest hotel room ive stayed in since before covid. Super quiet, very nice staff, plenty 9f parking, and within minutes of the family we were visiting. Would definitely come back

The room was fantastic and perfect for families! The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do and there were so many options for dining. I would absolutely recommend!
