“Our stay at Risonare was awful from start to finish. When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old). The room was advertised as a 4-bed room but when we got to the room the 4th bed did not have sheets on it, and we were told there would be a charge……

"全家有老有小因安排到USJ遊玩而入住。小小兵很可愛孩子們很喜歡，房間滿大、整潔舒適，港景房早上有日出、晚上還可以欣賞一下月亮跟波光粼粼的河。還有提供卸妝液，很貼心。每層樓有飲用水機、製冰機、販賣機跟微波爐，很方便。早餐豐盛可惜沒有水果，但有現打的綜合果汁（不過還是覺得孩子吃原型食材比較適合）。如果再去會再列入優先考慮。"
