I like the hotel staff were very helpful. It’s super convenient right next to JR station. One thing I really do not like was the guests talking very loud and the guests letting the children “swimming” in SPA area without stopping them.

Perfectly located right next to the Universal Studios Japan train station and right next to City Walk! Zero hazzle, staff was super friendly and even helped us with sending our baggage to the next hotel.

Proximity to Universal Studio is a plus. Only thing to watch out is their small room size and their bed quality. Slept on them for two nights and it gave us backaches.

If you are only going to USJ, then this is the place to stay. Otherwise no other dining options other than Universal City Walk, not close to anything else.

I loved this hotel so much I really did. It was the best hotel we had in all of Japan but I can't give it 5 stars as I was attacked by another tourist during breakfast at this hotel so I can't give them full stars even though I really want to. I did nothing wrong and this crazy tourist harassed me two mornings in a row and on the second morning it got physical. The hotel did nothing to protect me. I did not feel safe at this hotel.

Hotel was ok rooms were tiny. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. They wouldn't let us pay and have the buffet breakfast. No tea or coffee offered in the room which is disappointing for such a big hotel. Only good thing is location 5 mins from universal studios and right next door to train station.

This property was not clean. Our bathroom had remnants from previous guests. The room furnishings were worn and threadbare. The heater — when on — created stinky air. The bathroom itself had a tipped floor. And it was made of a material we have never encountered before. Definitely not friendly to bare feet. The hotel did not supply a bathmat and gave us only two bath towels and two hand towels (one of which became our bathmat). The breakfast room was extremely crowded with an amusement-park-like line! The food was merely edible. The worst was the floor. My sneakers stuck and squeaked with every step. We bought 3 breakfasts and ate only one. The Starbucks nearby or even the 7-Eleven are better bets! Overall, it was among the worst hotels I have visited. There are many choices in the area. This one should be a last resort. Pricey for a Motel 6 experience.

An amazing hotel experience
The hotel was perfect...It was convenient as you exit the hotel the train station is right there. You also are right on the Universal City Walk which has lots of places to shop and eat. 7-11 which is also right there makes it easy to buy your favorite foods and just go up to your room. I love that they provide you with comfortable pajamas to wear everyday and they liquid bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner are aromatic. I couldn't have picked a better hotel. I highly recommend this one!!!
