We had a noise issue with the HVAC system which we noticed after midnight on the first night of a 2 night stay. It was very late so we put up with it. The next morning we informed the front desk and they said someone would look into it.
The 2nd night it was the same. We basically couldn't sleep properly for 2 nights because of a clicking noise in the HVAC ducting.
At checkout we referenced it with the lady on duty. She seemed disinterested and didn't acknowledge our concerns.
Don't like to complain, but a good night's sleep is what you're most hoping for in a hotel room.
Probably just unlucky!
