The hotel and property are very nice, and the room was clean and spacious. The jazz bar with live music was also excellent.
Unfortunately, the reception service was very disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. We booked a standard room with two queen beds and requested an extra bed, but were told it was not allowed due to fire regulations - something that was not mentioned during booking. We also could not upgrade because we booked through a third party. Unfortunately, even simple requests were handled very slowly and required multiple follow-ups. The poor customer service left a negative impression and affected our overall stay at the hotel.
