"Several issues made this a disappointing experience. The bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning, making the bathroom stuffy and unusable. More concerning, guests were openly smoking marijuana at the main entrance, which was unpleasant and inappropriate. We were initially assigned a room on the 3rd floor, but a group of young men were loitering in the corridor, whispering comments like "a family is here" when they saw us — which felt uncomfortable and unsafe. We had to request a room change to the 1st floor to feel secure. I would not recommend this property to families. Management needs to address guest behavior and basic facility maintenance."

"The hotel was clean, but the air conditioning didn’t work and our room was 76 degrees all night. It made for rough sleep, as the windows didn’t open, either. When we called the front desk about it, they said they knew the A/C didn’t work and there was no way to fix it."
