“Worst experience ever.
1. Hotel for us to check out (by 11am) and check in (after 3pm) EVERDAY even though you stay for multiple nights. And we are forced to go outside. No place to stay in hotel. I can't work, taking shower in hotel. And I have to waste 5 hours everyday for this rule (before check out 0.5+4+after check in 0.5=5).
Staying for one night maybe fine, but Staying for multiple nights is strongly NOT recommended.
2. hotel refuse to let me put luggage in the hotel on the day I check……

“It is intimidating at first, but the system there is impeccable. Such an awesome area right on the Yamonote line. I opted for the breakfast & that was the only part that tripped me up because GoogleMaps was no help. The restaurant is a few blocks west & is well worth the money.”
