Palaces in Irving

"The staff were absolutely amazing; especially those that I met when I checked into the hotel. I had to go to a different hotel because I woke up at 2:00 in the morning to use the restroom and there was a roach in my bathroom, but if it wasn’t for that, I would have given 5 stars. The free breakfast wasn’t bad and there were a lot of choices. The woman who came and sprayed the roach (and took it away) when I called was really nice as well. If they had not been sold out I would have happily switched to a different room."

"The water was cold in room 120. It made for a terrible shower. We were moved to another room 112. We encountered the same issue. It was so frustrating and will not stay here again."

"Extra charges for early check in. Put us so far from the elevator - it was like a maze to get to! They didn’t have change for the laundry. When we asked about food options, we were told to go to the gas station!!! The laundry room was nice."
