“It is conveniently located in the historic district. Is clean, modern and smells like a spa. The rooftop pool has a nice view as well as our room terrace. The breakfast and staff were very nice. We would stay here again.”

“We stayed at the hotel in connection with the MilanoCortina 2026 Olympic Games. We have only positive feedback to give: excellent cleanliness, a very good breakfast, and a central location close to both the center of Chiusa and the train station. Marlis (the hotel owner) was incredibly kind and helpful. On a scale from 1 to 10, we would give a strong 10.”

“The hotel rooms and parking are excellent. The dining room staff and food were also excellent. However, the front desk staff were not consistent. While our check in person was very friendly and helpful, a subsequent person was frankly rude. Better training in hospitality would be helpful. Would still highly recommend this hotel!”

“We were greeted by very friendly staff and due to the heatwave we were automatically moved to a lower level big room to ensure our comfort. The ambiance of the hotel is lovely and so is its history. We received a free voucher to the town pool which was a nice surprise. My biggest reason to pick this hotel was its location, could not ask for a better location when traveling alone with one child, one feels safe. The hotel also included a big breakfast with plenty of choices. Sauna/wellness……

“這間是我們住山區, 價錢最貴的一間酒店, 因為我們住有自己sauna room的房 酒店包三餐, 全部是自助餐, 所有食物質素非常高, 也有welcome drinks可以飲兩杯酒 我們食飯時認識了一對來自比利時的夫婦, 他們已經住了這間酒店七至八次, 也好奇我們為何找到這間酒店, 因為他們認為是區內最好的 附近所有公共交通工具, 巴士票及火車票, 只要是酒店住客就是免費的, 而比利時夫婦也告訴我們, 住這間酒店, 租用單車也是免費的, 可以在附近山頭踩單車(E-bike), 所以, 斜路幅度很大的山頭也是沒有問題的”

“Das Hotel wird offiziell mit 3 Sternen ausgewiesen. Das ist definitiv viel zu wenig. Als Vielreisende können wir das sehr gut vergleichen und beurteilen. Das Hotel liegt an der Jaufen-Passstraße auf halber Höhe, mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem sauberen, einladenden sehr gutem Wohlfühl-Zustand. Vom Bett und Balkon aus hatten wir eine hervorragende Aussicht. Das gesamte Personal war außerordentlich nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und nun, zu……
