“Very clean, good sunshine, quiet, good sound insulation, you won't hear the sound next door. We stayed for 8 days and slept very well at night. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. It is very close to the pier and the big supermarket. We took a boat from the airport and we were there in no time. It's not far from the Venice Biennale or from shopping, it's a comfortable distance.”

“Location is fantastic. We had a room with 2 Juliette balconies and it was great to look down on a busy gondola route right below. A few steps from St Marks Sq. Close to shops and amenities.
