“Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice. Noise was a little annoying. The neighbor room had tv on all night and we could hear it. It wasnt terrible but noticible.”

“The room was filthy but the real issue came during the final night. From midnight to 3 am, I was constantly disturbed by loud noises outside my room. There was consistent walking, heavy crashing sounds as if someone was dropping something, and to top it off, around 2 am, a staff member began shoveling snow right outside my window. I struggled to fall asleep which was frustrating due to an early flight the next day. In the morning, I noticed the shoveling patterns in the parking lot were random,……
