"This is an A+ hotel outside of Bilbao near the harbor beach, the rooms are gorgeous and well appointed. The 2 person shower room is very luxurious. The staff is very welcoming and the service is superb. We had an electrical issue (the lighting would not turn off correctly) and the engineer fixed ..."

An average stay.
"It was a relatively new facility. Airconditioners in both rooms were pre-set - either blasting cold or nothing. No visible closets were available. Staffs were very friendly and eager to help. No options for recycling despite being in a tourist hub. Parking in the basement was tight."
