We were within easy access to restaurants and a short drive to everything Acadia has to offer. Our top activities included pastries and pizza from Little Notch bakery, visiting the Carroll homestead, hiking the Wonderland trail, visiting the lighthouse, the beach, and Jordan Pond loop with popovers afterwards. The instructions to park and enter were perfectly detailed. I really appreciated not having a long list of mandatory cleaning instructions upon check out, creating less stress. Very close to downtown Southwest Harbor (very convenient if you’re considering the MDI marathon in the future) and not a far drive to Bar Harbor if you’re interested in that!
