“Wonderful location on the harbor in Stonington. Room is large and there is an area for sitting and watching the goings on in the harbor. They even had binoculars in the room! Coffee and lots of drinks and snacks available in the community room…a grill and gas fire table on the deck. Staff very helpful with activities… We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.”

“The location of this home is very misleading. Although if you search the exact location, you will find it’s in/near the forest but looking at the pics posted you would think it was near the beach and it is not. I could overlook that if the home was stocked with everything needed and beds were comfortable but that was not the case. We were given 5 bath towels for 4 people for 4days, 1 dish cloth, 1 hand towel and 1 dirty sponge with no washer or dryer and no dishwasher. Extra towels were dropped……

“The property is very cute and cozy. All the basic needs are there. The staff were super friendly and helpful. their continental breakfast is a nice touch! I would 100% recommend. A small suggestion is to include a microwave (even if it's in a common area).”

“Wow! This was the most beautiful place. The property is tucked up on a beautiful lot of trees and ferns. Our room was just gorgeous with beautiful furniture, wallpaper and a fireplace. I couldn’t believe we were staying in such a storybook place. I found Mike at the checkin super kind and helpful. He also gave great recommendations for hiking based on my husband’s mobility needs. His advice was perfect—made our trip! You can literally enter Acadia from the trails directly behind the hotel.……

“Definitely not what is advertised. No screened in porch. No hot tub. I would have probably booked anyways, but felt like a sting to not get what we thought we were getting. Def update the listing to clearly say not all cabins have hot tubs and porches and that the picture is not what you’re booking. Otherwise location and cleaning was was great. Marcia had the space sparkling. Also fireplace did not work. And the remote for the ceiling fan and light stopped working.”
