“We stayed on June 15th for one night and were very happy with the hotel. We had stayed in their motel across the street two years ago, and based on that positive experience, we booked the hotel on our way to Newfoundland. Our room was clean and on the main floor with an external entrance and a designated parking right out front. There was a small fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and no carpet which I much prefer when travelling. We were there on a Monday so the restaurant onsite was closed, but……

“We made a reservation but did not stay. When we arrived in the evening the reception area was closed and there wasn't anyone there to check us in. The property looked poorly maintained outside and what we could see of the inside, so we did not stay.”

“À mon arrivée, l’hôtel avait perdu ma réservation. Attente de 45 minutes dans le hall pour finalement avoir une chambre. Au check-out ils ont demandé un montant d’argent à ma conjointe en disant qu’on avait pas payé la chambre au complet mais pourtant j’avais payé via Expédia. Après 10 jours de notre séjour, je n’ai toujours pas récupéré mon dépôt de 250$ sur la chambre alors je devrai appeler pour savoir pourquoi c’est aussi long”
