"I booked 2 rooms with king size beds, but when I arrived, I only got 1 room with a king and the other with 2 queens. Front desk was unable to accommodate nor give us any compensation due to making the reservation through Expedia. One star off because of that. Rooms are newly renovated & clean. Bed was comfortable. You only get towels, body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner and a hair dryer for you to use. No slippers, cotton swabs, shower cap, or mending kits. Fridge was empty. Though they give a free water bottle per guest at the front desk and snacks for sale downstairs. Not even a pen or paper in the room. Parking is free and a buffet breakfast was too, though it was a basic spread. Your choice of milk and cereal, yogurt, bagels, wheat or white toast, made to order pancakes from a machine, cooked hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon or ham, bananas, apples, and oranges & yogurt parfait maker. We didn’t see anything we’d like to eat, but grabbed a few fruits and hard boiled eggs for later. I tried the hard boiled eggs but the egg did not taste very good as the eggshell membrane was stuck to the egg. I couldn’t get it off no matter how hard I tried! The eggs were very shiny like they gloss them with egg whites. I could do eggs better than this at home! Sadly, I tossed them and would rather starve. I’m not sure what kind of process these eggs went through. This hotel is more like a boutique hotel. Great, if you only need a clean, comfortable room."

"We were looking for a room for one night and found this listing as we were driving south through CA. It sounded interesting so we decided to give it a shot, and we were so glad we did. The staff sent us a door code for both the front door and the room. There is no staff on site, but they are super responsive and helpful if you have questions. The house is absolutely incredible - magazine-style incredible. It is located in a wonderful neighborhood and is beautifully maintained, inside and out. We heard one or two other guests arrive after we had settled in for the night, but didn’t hear anything after they had settled in their own rooms. We never saw anyone else on the property the entire time we were there. I did a video tour of the main floor, but it won’t upload here. Believe me - it is wonderful. Oh, and they have a redwood in their yard. Being from the East Coast, I find that to be pretty awesome!"

"Llegamos temprano registrar la entrada, sólo para agilizar y regresar a las 3 :00 pm pero fue más tardado el registro de nuevo , además nos dieron un cuarto que ya estaba ocupado ponen muchas trabas para el registro pero todo lo de más estuvo bien"
