“A really terrible experience... It's awful that the heating can't control the temperature.”

“Upon check in we were told the pool was down and seems it had been for months. No where online was this stated and no refund was offered. Staff seemed like they could care less. Our room had random hairs in the bathroom, was grungy around the toilet, and used ear plugs on the bedroom floor. Beds were very comfortable and the shades work well. Showers were cold that night but warm the next morning. Breakfast was good, pancake maker was down, however they had a lot of other options to choose from.……
