“Rooms was clean, pillows were soft, mattress was comfortable, and the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Great place to stay. ”

“Our stay got off on a negative. The lady at front desk, Jane, was not very welcoming nor did she explain anything about the breakfast, how to connect to WiFi, or anything else most front desk employees share at check-in. The room we selected was the Presidential suite which was roomy and comfortable. However we had problems connecting to the WiFi. We wanted to call the front desk but there wasn’t a phone in the room or any number to reach the front desk. Also the smart TV in the room was……

“Our sink didn’t drain and the air conditioner was so dirty my son woke up with really bad sinus infection congestion we told the manager of room cleaning and he said he would take care of it and he didn’t so the clerk came and wiped it out which didn’t clean it so next morning I woke up with really bad congestion. When they made my bed they didn’t even pull up the sheet under bed spread very poor house keepers. I wish I could put the pictures I took of air conditioner”

“The room was very very clean, spacious and comfortable. They have the best pillows that I have ever used at a hotel. The only complaint I would have is that the bathroom fan was very loud and noisy. There was no option to turn it off as it was connected to the light. ”

“This is one of the nicer places to stay in Findlay for the money! I love the breakfast, how clean it is and the proximity to everything. We have stayed here twice and it will be our go to when we visit family again.”

“I left in the morning when I returned to the hotel my card was deactivated I went to the reception and the person who was there did not want to reactivate the key to open the room and had to deliver it at 11 am and the person in charge opened the room without asking permission at 9 in the morning I think it is a lack of respect thank you”
