YOU CAN'T BEAT THIS DEAL!...STAY 3 NIGHTS, AND THE 4TH IS FREE DURING AUGUST WHEN THE POOL IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. Condo 413 at Island Beach Resort is on the top (4th) floor has two private balconies with seating. It has two flat screen TVs, a king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. We call the non-ocean side our "sunset side" because the South Florida sunsets are beautiful each evening.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

*Room decor may vary from pictures. We'll make every attempt to accommodate early check-in requests, but we cannot guarantee them.

Q: What linens does my condo have?
A: 2 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.
