This sunny, palm-studded property sits just one mile from the heart of Jensen Beach and its shops and restaurants on the Intracoastal Waterway. It's the perfect home base for exploring, with Savannas Preserve State Park just over a mile in one direction and the gorgeous ocean beach three miles in the other.

All sorts of lovely updates greet you as you return home from your daily excursions, from the newer AC system (2017) to porcelain tile throughout. The kitchen sits at the heart of the home, with its stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and custom island with bar seating. Spend your afternoons splashing in the pool and barbecuing on the screened patio outside before retreating indoors for board games and movies on the living room's built-in entertainment system.

Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite with a smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with both a shower and a jetted tub. A private washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi are provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
