“Usually, this place is good. This time though, I stayed in 109, which was fine, but the door hinge in neighboring 107 was super loud, squeaky, and the departing guests made countless trips in and out, keeping me awake. Then the housekeeper did the same, so I was unable to sleep. I suggest WD 40 (or replace the hinge), and perhaps, more importantly, don't put guests so close, if it's not full, which it wasn't.”

“We just spend 5 days there, the view and the beach were incredible but the room cleanliness was awful I killed a roach on the kitchen counter my first night and after that they would appear at all hours every where, bathroom, hallway on the bedroom walls. I felt so uncomfortable and disgusted not knowing they would appear next. So very disappointed with my stay would not recommend this hotel due to the roach problem.”

“Excellent location. Beachfront property. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff friendly and accommodating with simple requests ( change towels ) . Mattress and sheets great. Pillows need improvement. Bathroom large in size and clean. Everything working as they are supposed to (tv, microwave, ref, aircon). Overall positive experience. Would come def back! Front desk receptionist on 8/9/26 could have a better attitude upon our check in.”

“When I arrived, the property seemed old and run down. My heart sank. Then when I checked it, I was told I had to put $150 security down on each room. I wasn't expecting that, especially since I was told that EVERYTHING WAS IN THE PRICE I PAID UPFRONT... no hidden fees. Fortunately, I had a card that I could do that on. The room itself was safe and clean. It smelled of "strong cleaning products". The free breakfast, compared to other places I've been with a free breakfast, was not up to……

“Ocean view, private walkway to the beach, pizza place was great and by the pool. Free parking. No free breakfast. Not right on the beach. Could not see sunset or sunrises from rooms due to building sitting further back between two other buildings. Private beach but umbrella and chairs service company set up every morning (not part of hotel) all along the beach. Currently, lots of city construction. Have to drive to Fort Walton and or Destin for shops and such. Short drives. Sundrift……
