“Let me start by saying that we have stayed at that location plenty of times and have not had an issue one. This time we stayed in a handicap room (not sure why) and it was terrible. The smell of the room as soon as we walked in about knocked us down. We immediately walked down to the lobby and asked for another room which they then told us they were booked and would spray something and they did. It made the floor so sticky, but yes, helped with the smell. The shower didn't drain... the grossest……

“the hotel smelled like disinfectant, had rude front desk who lied and said we didn't have a number on file so they canceled our reservation without calling because the card didn't charge but I keep my bank card locked because of fraud. when we reconfirmed we were coming they charged us almost $200 more from our original booking!! the hot tub was broken, breakfast was only good if you did the waffles..the eggs had a pint of water in them and the elevators made a strange clinking sound. I normally……

“I booked a last minute trip with candlewood suites during Labor Day weekend when all the other hotels and condos were booked. I was reluctant at first to book since the price was lower than I expected but all of that instantly changed as soon as I pulled into the property. The exterior and interior of the building was well maintained, well lit and clean! My room was very clean too. It came with a built in mini kitchen, an Ethernet outlet and free wifi. I changed out all my towels once for fresh……

“Hotel rooms are in need of renovation. Our room seemed fairly clean and bed was decent. Bathroom door would not close all the way, no closet or even rack with hangers to hang your clothes. Had to let water run for at least 10 minutes to get hot water. Walls in need of patching and painting. Furniture is way outdated and large for the room size. If you just need a place to sleep, it’s ok. The pool was clean. It did appear they have a few regular locals that show up with cases of beer and emit……
