"I recently stayed at The Ridge Hotel and once again had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and at home. The check-in process is always smooth and efficient, and it’s always a pleasure to be greeted by name (I stay here often). Their genuine friendliness and caring attitude set the tone for a great 3 day stay. The parking accommodations are convenient and hassle-free, making it easy to get in and out of the hotel. This is a huge plus, especially when you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or after a long drive. I also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel restaurant, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, and the service was top-notch. Their pizza is amazing and highly recommended! The front desk team has always been solid, consistently providing excellent service.
