We checked in at 8pm, room not ready, room hot and no Tv service. We asked for a partial refund as the one night was 239$. Manger was very short with us. We could not drive home at that hr or we would have. Very disappointed and will not be back.

The elevator was out the three nights we stayed, and I have a bad knee. The TV did not work until the last night. The room was clean and the AC worked which were the two most important things. The room door to the outside was missing the weather stripping, so you had to shove a towel under it to keep the bugs and hot air outside. The towels were horrible. Cheap, thin, and small like you would get in a gym. The cleaning staff were good, but the front desk staff was not very helpful. Coffee cups were tiny. Tissue came in tiny packages. Would not recommend staying here unless you just need a bed and a place to keep your stuff.
