“reservation had to be canceled due to owners system being down and could not update that the rooms were not available ended up going through problems for a refund to be able to go to another location that then also turned into a second problem due to the representative, not giving me and giving the correct info as well as as lied regarding what I was getting back for a refund for my troubles of the first incident and turned out it was my own money took it out half which made me have to pay even……

“The property i booked was changed to a cheaper and uglier house on the same day. Since it was last minute and there is a toddler with us, i didn’t have an option to say yes to the property that was offered. The property was very old and the walls and ceiling was chiping off. We found a live bugs. Stains on towels, No vessels, Unwashed cookware with leftover food, Bugs, No paper towels , Just 2 plates, No bath soap, No utensils. “This was a stay while on a leisure trip, we also stayed at this hotel in September and decided to use it again. Clean rooms, staff helpful and courteous. Breakfast was above average with fresh and varied offerings. ”
