Amazing customer service, there was a price discrepancy with our reservation, we bought a package with free breakfast and valet parking but we were told they would have to check on that but for now they charged us. That put a damper on things , if its still on my credit card tomorrow.... it wont be good."

"The hotel was nice and the location was great. The ease of access to the riverfront was exactly what we wanted. We ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and it was pretty tasty. I did find hair on the bathroom counter when we entered our room but other than that, the room was clean."

"Really nice clean hotel. From the staff at the front desk, to valet parking everyone was so kind. The first night I did book a king room with a city view and they ended up giving me a double. I called down they explained they had already booked out of the king rooms. Told me to come down in the morning and they could possibly switch it out. The next night the ended up putting me in a king suite with a city view for the inconvenience of not having rooms available that were requested. When you walk in if you’ve never stayed at the Marriott it is breath taking. Will always book a stay here when I’m in town. Valet parking is a little overpriced for hotel guest staying you should be able to get it at a discounted rate when purchased with your stay online but it is almost the average rate for parking in a big city with valet parking. "
